Is the availability real?

Yes. Hotels manage their rooms in the same system, so a room shown as available has not been sold at the front desk either.

How do I check in?

Show the QR code on your booking page. Reception scans it and your room is released to you.

Can I cancel?

Each hotel sets its own cancellation window, shown on its page and again before you pay.
